Who we are
Pebblora Games provides Pourly. For a privacy question or request, email pebblora@plexsor.ai and name the game concerned. You do not need a Pebblora account to play.
Game information on your device
Game progress, scores, settings and unlocked items are stored on your device to keep the game working between sessions. Core gameplay can be used offline. Android backup and restore, when enabled for an app and your device, may handle a copy separately under your device settings.
Advertising services
Games may display ads supplied by Google AdMob. Depending on the SDK and settings, Google processes network information such as IP address, device or account identifiers, interactions with the app and ads, and diagnostic information. These services support advertising, measurement and protection against fraud. Offline gameplay does not mean that advertising services never transmit information.
Your advertising choices
Where required, the game presents privacy choices before requesting eligible ads. You can revisit available privacy options in the game settings. Android also provides advertising controls. The choices available may vary by region and device. Changing this website’s language does not change your advertising consent.
Purchases
For games offering in-app purchases, Google Play handles payment and purchase history. The app can use a purchase token or purchase status to verify and restore access. Pebblora Games does not receive your complete payment card details. An ad-removal purchase removes the ad formats described by that game; optional rewarded ads can remain available.
When you contact us
An email inquiry includes your email address, the message and any attachments you choose to send. We use that information to respond, investigate the issue and maintain necessary support records. Please avoid sending passwords, card details or unrelated sensitive information.
Retention and deletion
Local game information remains until it is reset or removed through the app or Android settings; uninstalling and restoring from backup can have different effects. We retain support correspondence for as long as needed to address the inquiry and meet legal requirements. You may request deletion by email. Third-party advertising and purchase records follow those providers’ retention rules and your account controls.
Privacy requests
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete or restrict certain personal information, object to its use or withdraw consent. Send requests to pebblora@plexsor.ai. We may need enough information to identify the relevant record and respond. You may also contact your local data protection authority.
Children and families
Games must be used according to their store age and audience information. We do not knowingly seek personal information from children through support correspondence. If you believe a child has provided personal information, contact us so we can review and address it. Advertising choices and protections must match the game’s actual target audience.
Security
We use reasonable measures to protect information used for support. Advertising and payment providers apply their own security measures. No storage or transmission method is completely secure. Keep your device and apps updated and do not send sensitive credentials to support.
